Dominic Beirne MBA (Exec) AGSM Certificate IV Assessment and Workplace Training

Dominic has consulted to many Australian organisations such as sass & bide, Pretty Girl Fashion Group (Table Eight, Rockmans etc), OrotonGroup (Marcs, Polo Ralph Lauren, Oroton etc) and Optus on work procedures, business systems and human resource management. He helps businesses draw on their core strengths and guides them to develop to their full potential. Dominic works as a mentor with both the NSW Department of State and Regional Development's "Young Entrepreneur Stepping Up" and "Women in Business" Programmes plus the federal Department of Employment and Workplace Relations "New Enterprise Incentive Scheme". Dominic works with a variety of industry masters to develop the course material for the TCF division of TAFE NSW. In addition Dominic provides his services as a casual lecturer to TAFE.

He is a past regional director of Fashion Group International - an industry association established to promote the professional development of fashion and associated industries worldwide and now sits as Board Mentor to the organisation.

Serena Beirne MBA MGSM M.Mgmt (Marketing) MGSM

Serena holds a Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Management(Marketing) from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Serena has an extensive background in sales, marketing and communications and her professional and intellectual specialisations are in brand marketing, product development and public relations and she has conducted much formal research in these areas.

Serena is the programme director and developer for (Fashion Collective) - an intensive Thinktank programme helping fashion industry small to medium enterprises to grow their business.

Serena has also undertaken major sales strategy, implementation and rollout projects for several iconic Australian brands. She works with organisations such as Textile and Footwear Industry Association of Australia facilitating brand development and strategic growth think-tanks and is often quoted as an industry spokesperson.
