Recent projects include:
- Due Diligence, Change Process and IT Consulting for sale of Mambo.
- Reviewing supply chain of Pretty Girl Fashion Group and recommending a new IT infrastructure to facilitate business with suppliers and customers in a global post-quota environment
- Development of a strategic marketing plan for a national apparel services brand
- Reviewing the purchase of, and developing an integration plan for, Marcs into the OrotonGroup business
- Sourcing of appropriate IT systems for both manufacturing and retail arms of a mid size vertically integrated apparel brand
- Development of several successful government funding submissions for the Textile Clothing and Footwear Small Business Programme on behalf of SMEs in the fashion industry
- Advising numerous start up fashion labels on managing business relationships with US and other international markets
- Developing and implementing the board level corporate budgeting and forecasting procedures for OrotonGroup
- Developing everyday business management processes for a Model Management company to facilitate growth of the organisation and the professional development of the business principals
- Coaching the principals of a women's fashion label on business operations and building sales
