Australian Fashion Partners (AFP) was launched by Dominic and Serena Beirne in 2003. The business was born out of a passion and commitment to fashion marketing, sales and operational excellence in the apparel and associated industries. AFP provides fashion industry management consulting to both public and private sector businesses.

Services offered cover all aspects of fashion business management, fashion marketing, fashion systems and fashion logistics. We have access to the latest business diagnostic and process tools - if required - but find that best results come from our practice of one-on-one mentoring and counselling to diagnose business issues and develop action plans to address them. There are two business units in the organisation:

  • Corporate Services - servicing major TCF corporates
  • Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) Unit - a business function responsible for fostering and developing Fashion businesses in the SME market.

We know that fashion and TCF businesses have very different support requirements at different stages of their development. Our business model allows us to create tailored business services to all market segments within the TCF and Fashion sector.
